Shipping Policy

This policy applies to orders placed through hongyushangmao.com and fulfilled by Hong Kong Hongyu Shangmao Limited / 香港鴻宇商貿有限公司.

Delivery area

We currently accept orders for delivery addresses in Malaysia only. Orders with an address outside Malaysia may be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping charge

Standard shipping is RM122 per order. The amount is based on the current cross-border freight quotation supplied to us and is displayed before checkout. If a different charge is agreed for a special or remote-area delivery, we will obtain the customer’s agreement before dispatch.

Processing and estimated delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit time to Malaysia is 7–15 business days after dispatch. These periods are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, customs inspection, carrier disruption, severe weather or events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking and delivery

Where tracking is available, details will be sent to the contact information used for the order. Customers must provide a complete recipient name, telephone number, address and postcode and should monitor carrier notices. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete or unclaimed, additional redelivery charges may apply where permitted by law.

Customs, duties and restrictions

Cross-border orders may be inspected by customs. Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes or clearance charges imposed by Malaysian authorities. We may cancel an order if a product cannot lawfully be shipped to the destination.

Loss, delay or damage

Contact us promptly if tracking shows an unusual delay, the parcel is lost or the goods arrive damaged. Keep the shipping label, external packaging and goods and provide photographs where possible. Remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect items are described in the Refund and Returns Policy.
