These Terms and Conditions govern the use of hongyushangmao.com and purchases from Hong Kong Hongyu Shangmao Limited / 香港鴻宇商貿有限公司 (“Hongyu”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have legal capacity to enter a contract or use the site with permission from a parent or guardian. Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, submit false information or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Products and information

We aim to describe products accurately. Packaging, colour and natural material appearance may vary. Ingredient lists and product labels supplied with the delivered item take priority over website summaries. Tea and the gua sha tool are not offered to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Check ingredients, warnings and suitability before use.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in Malaysian ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise. Shipping and any applicable charges are shown before the order is submitted. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may reject or cancel an order for pricing or stock errors, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, delivery limitations or inability to fulfil, and will refund amounts already paid.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may be provided by regulated third-party payment providers. You authorize us and the payment provider to process the order amount and relevant transaction information. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and we issue an order confirmation.

Shipping, title and risk

We currently sell and ship to Malaysia under the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes when the order is delivered to the address supplied by the customer. You are responsible for giving a complete and accurate delivery address and for charges caused by an incorrect address where permitted by law.

Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which preserves mandatory consumer rights.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, photographs and text are owned by us or used with permission. You may view the site for personal shopping purposes but may not copy or commercially exploit content without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, external service interruptions or delays outside our reasonable control. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where a higher liability is required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Mandatory consumer protections applicable at the customer’s place of residence, including Malaysia where applicable, remain unaffected. The parties should first try to resolve disputes through customer service before using other lawful remedies.
